What is your return policy?
Pink Horizons Botanical
(PHB) Skin Care unconditionally
assures the purity and quality of our product line and gladly accepts returns for
refund or replacement when there is a defective or damaged product, allergic reaction
or dissatisfaction with a product. If you have a return or questions about a return,
please visit our Customer Service page.
When will my order ship?
Your order will leave our
facility in
Hollywood, FL
within one to two business days. Unless otherwise specified, your order will be
shipped via USPS
Priority. Depending upon your location, your order will typically
arrive within
2 to 7 business days. This includes orders shipped to
Alaska
or Hawaii.
How much will the shipping
charge be / how is the shipping charge calculated?
The shipping costs are based
on the weight of the package and are calculated during the shopping cart check out
process. On average, shipping charges are between $5.00 and $8.00 for USPS Priority.
Is it possible to have
my order shipped the same day I place my order?
For an additional $15 fee,
in addition to the USPS Priority shipping charge, you can expedite your order. Expedited orders
placed before 2 pm EST will leave our facility the same day. For standard orders,
allow up to two (2) days to process.

Do you use Parabens?
No, no toxic preservatives
of any kind, including parabens are ever used in PHB Skin Care products.
Is the glycerin in your products animal or vegetable derived?
The glycerin used at PHB Skin Care is always from vegetable sources.
Should the products be
refrigerated?
PHB products are tested for stability under conditions of normal use, however, we
strongly recommend refrigerating your products for optimal freshness. Otherwise,
store in a cool area, out of direct sunlight up to the period indicated on the product
label.
Are all packaging materials recyclable or biodegradable?
All packaging materials are recyclable.
Can a product be used beyond its expiration date? How
can I tell if a product has spoiled?
It’s best not to purchase products past their expiration
date, however if stored properly, many products have a shelf life longer than the
45 day date on packages. The best way to judge product freshness is to look for
changes in color or odor.
How long will it take your products to have a noticeable
effect on my skin?
The length of time required
to restore health to the skin depends on the skin’s condition and the products used,
in addition to lifestyle and diet. A daily regimen of cleansing, toning and moisturizing
with PHB Skin Care can produce noticeable effects within several days.
Our most dynamic products—Peptide Tender Wrinkle Crème and Omega Myrrh Moisturizer—initiate
a change more quickly. Remember that medications and other skin care regimens may
have suppressed your symptoms, and so you may experience a period of acclimation
to this new way of caring for your skin. A healthy lifestyle complements PHB
Skin Care products; proper nutrition and a holistic skin care routine help restore
balance to the skin.
Can I use these products if I am pregnant or nursing?
Although, our products are delicately made with pure,
natural, and organic ingredients, we advise you to consult your health provider before using
any product while pregnant or nursing.
Why doesn't my cleanser produce foam or soap suds? Is it working?
Unless 100% castile soap is part of the ingredients list,
foam or suds indicate the presence of a synthetic and usually toxic ingredient.
Soap-free PHB Botanical Purifying Cleanser leaves the skin’s protective hydro-lipid
layer uncompromised, effectively removing dirt and sebum while cleansing the pores.
Are your products non-comedogenic?
Will they clog my pores?
Ingredients rated as comedogenic are issued by applying
a substance at full-strength to the skin and assessing the outcome. This approach does
not reveal how ingredients affect the skin when combined in a carefully considered,
holistic formulation. However, everyone's skin reacts uniquely to different
ingredients. Our products do not clog pores, but thoughtful applications
need to be practiced, meaning to use the products as directed and avoid using them
with other products simultaneously.
Are your products hypoallergenic?
Our products contain pure, natural plant extracts, and carrier
oils as well as other active ingredients. Some people can
be allergic to substances in nature, however, avoiding irritating and synthetic fragrances and preservatives allows those with chemical
sensitivities and allergies to use Pink Horizons products without any issues. Customers

used in our formulations.
Why do your products have an expiration date?
Though many PHB
products last much longer than the 45
day expiration
date, we provide the date as a measure of freshness.
How are your products preserved? How do you maintain product freshness?
Pink Horizons products are
formulated with <1% of a
gentle preservative called Cosmocil CQ (polyaminopropyl biguanide). To learn more

Why use a toner, aren’t
they drying?
Toners complete the cleansing
process, firming skin and closing pores. Pink Horizons Toners contain important
plant extracts to help maintain healthy skin. Our holistic toners are made with 100% natural ingredients that
will not dry the skin.
